Refund Request Time

Customers may request a refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be approved in the following situations:

• Wrong product delivered.
• Damaged product received.
• Defective product received.
• Order cancelled before dispatch.
• Product lost during transit.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be approved if:

• Product has been opened or used.
• Product is damaged due to customer handling.
• Refund request is made after 7 days.
• Product returned without original packaging.
